partenaires fournissent tous les moyens d&rsquo;accompagnement et de conseil pour la famille d\u2019accueil et l\u2019enfant :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Nous offrons des programmes \u00e9ducatifs et de r\u00e9adaptation con\u00e7us pour les familles d&rsquo;accueil afin d&rsquo;assurer une interaction optimale avec l&rsquo;enfant.<\/li><li>Nous offrons \u00e0 la m\u00e8re d&rsquo;accueil un suivi pour sa sant\u00e9 avec l&rsquo;enfant.<\/li><li>Si la m\u00e8re choisie d&rsquo;allaiter son enfant, nous lui proposons un programme m\u00e9dical (administr\u00e9 par un m\u00e9decin ou une infirmi\u00e8re) pour stimuler et produire du lait.<\/li><li>Dans certains cas, nos partenaires peuvent apporter un soutien mat\u00e9riel ou financier aux familles d\u2019accueil.<\/li><li>Nous fournissons \u00e0 la famille une information suffisante pour faciliter la communication \u00e0 l\u2019enfant sa filiation lorsqu\u2019il atteint l\u2019\u00e2ge appropri\u00e9.<\/li><li>Nous mettons \u00e0 disposition une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de brochures et de publications qui aident les enfants \u00e0 s&rsquo;int\u00e9grer facilement dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/li><li>Nous continuons de visiter
